We will start the course on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 – 1 hour course from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm (Calgary Time). This is a 10-week course with complimentary registration! Kindly note that the last day to register – Sunday, July 18, 2021.

Python Coding is a novice to intermediate Python course. Learning Python is an excellent way of laying the groundwork for your coding skills. The tutorial format is based on learning on an extensive system that already exists and is offered by Georgia Tech.

Course outline:

This course will focus on learning more independently from student completion outside tutorial hours.

- Basics, including variables, operators and writing and debugging your programs.

- Control structures, including conditions, loops, functions, and error handling.

The one-hour tutorial will be used to answer questions from students, provide more help and deepen learning through community support and real-life understanding apps.

Previous skills:

You should have a computer with a microphone/headset at home. Additionally, it is best to have some previous coding and programming skills but not a pre-requisite.
